After the year-end festive period, we have received one first good news of 2021 worth celebrating for is that our client’s factory in Hue has successfully obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
The project has been kicked off in September 2020, since then our Consultant Team has been working closely and conduct training at Lien Minh factory to educate and raise awareness of their employees. It is important for the factory’s owner as well as its employees to understand the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle which is the core of ISO 9001:2015 Standard. Through the continuous improvement of this cycle, the factory will be able to receive “Customer Requirements” and easily turn them into “Customer Satisfaction”.
During the two-month implementation at Lien Minh factory, we had worked closely with their QA-QC to instruct all departments to apply all the forms and operational processes. After countless time of detecting mistakes or not fully implementing the processes at different departments, our Consultants had patiently explained to each department and together with their QA-QC team came up with simple and efficient ways to apply as well as simplified some of the processes.
With the contributing parts of the Management and employees of Lien Minh factory, efforts and patience have been paid off as they had passed the internal and finally the external audit on 22 December 2020.

On the 28th of December 2020, the ISO 9001:2015 certificate was officially issued to the Factory. This exciting news brings joy and excitement to the Factory as now they efficiently operate thanks to the application of new processes, and more importantly, they can expand into new markets which require ISO 9001:2015 certificate. Moreover, on its customers point of view, with this certificate, the factory customers are confident that they are working with a professional company which always tries its best to improve the operational processes to meet their requirements.
